This has happened three times so far.....Park the car at home, put the top up, all windows close. I come back later, the rear driver's window is open about four inches. Dealer can't duplicate the problem and, therefore, can't 'throw parts at it'. Anyone else have this problem?

That should take care of it. My guess is that the rear window rolled down immediately after rolling up, but you did not notice it immediately. I've had this happen a couple of times and this trick took care of it.
