2012 - 2104 A6 major issues and model differences

Hello,
I'm looking at 2012 to 2014 A6 Premium Plus and Prestige models with 40k to 80k miles. I should look for I'm sure this has been asked a lot. Are there any issues when I go look at the car or have a mechanic look at before purchase?

Also, is the Prestige that much better that it is worth paying more for as far as standard accessories and options?

From JD Power's website:

At the top of the A6 lineup, the 3.0T Prestige includes a sporty S-line exterior styling treatment, adaptive front lighting system, LED running lights, 4-zone automatic climate control, heated and ventilated front seats, 630-watt premium sound system with 14 speakers, power tilt/telescoping steering wheel, and LED ambient cabin lighting. Options exclusive to the A6 3.0T Prestige include full LED headlights, 1,300-watt Bang & Olufsen audio system, Sport package with 20-inch wheels and summer performance tires, and an Innovation package. The Innovation Package adds the Driver Assistance package plus a head-up display, active lane-assist system, Night Vision Assistant with Pedestrian Detection, and a camera system with a top-down view and corner views.

So, all of the Prestiges in those years come with ventilated front seats?

As far as concerns based on mileage and want are the major issues that typically happen?
I found a 2012 Prestige in the midnight blue for $21k that looks very clean but has the cream colored seats which I'm not wild about with a 4 year old. May have the Cold weather package but the back controls are wheel dials with numbers and not rotary dials like I found on a 2013. Did they change the controls?
Thank you.
