2012 Audi A6 (C7) trunk mat suggestions?
hi,
i recently purchased a mountain bike that I would like to take with me in the trunk from time to time.
after sticking it in the trunk for the first time today, i noticed it made a lot of dents in the factory trunk carpet, and I want to get something to protect the factory carpet.
what do you guys recommend?
Thanks,
Don

The Weathertech one is what I plan to get, seems more durable than the super size beach towels I'm using now when loading up my road bike. Plus, it has cut outs so you can get to the bungie hooks to secure the bike (cause it will move otherwise, at least the way I drive it does).
For those that keep saying hitch/roof rake, there is something more secure about keeping the bike inside and out of sight (mostly) compared to an external rake. And if it's just one bike (and no passengers that day), it's included with the car for free.
