I know there is a thread about the 2013 A6 but I wanted to start a new one that has all of the pertinent info. So here goes.

As you can see there are some changes between '12 & '13:

1. Top View Camera

2. Audi Advanced Key is now included with the Premium +

3. Full LED headlights are now a separate option

4. There are no more 18 inch sports packages

5. There are now 2 20" sports packages

6. Power rear window shade and manual rear side window shades

7. Power Trunk open & close

8. Start/Stop System with Energy Recovery (Premium & Prestige Pkg) - I do not like this but it can be disabled via MMI like the BMW 5 series via I-Drive (Engine actually turns off until you take your foot of brake)

9. Active Lane Assist (innovation Package)

10. Power Folding Heated Exterior Mirrors is now part of the Innovation Package & Driver Assistance Package whereas in 2012 it was in Driver Assistance Package only

Nice list of changes (the power trunk disappeared from the final order/pricing guide).

As to pricing, attaching the order guide would have saved you some time as it's all there.

I believe they dropped the 6 CD changer from the 2012 A6 as well - they actually had a delete credit on the sticker and invoice.
