I saw in a 2013 a6 a new 360 view camera. Is the camera on a new a7 the same, better or worse?

What other technological(new mmi features) or mechanical (engine, transmission) differences are there between these two models?

When is the a7 design/mmi scheduled for an update?

The A7/6 were released last year, so there won't be any major changes for a few years at least. They share the same platform-engine, tranny etc with the major distinction being cosmetic (and price).

I think the windows do not have a frame and the A7 is brand new so you are looking at 4-5 years for a new model, probably.

You are correct about the frameless windows on the A7, however the A7 was actually launched ahead of the current A6 and so, in theory, would be refreshed/replaced earlier.
