Looks great! - I just picked up the same color combination with black optics and I think it looks fantastic, along with the LED lights - really improve the look of the car over the standard. Not that I had a choice the car I liked had all these options included along with the black headliner. I have the standard walnut finish and i think it looks good , especially in the sunlight. I had the dealer tint the windows to match the exterior and I think it looks better that my colleague's S6 in midnight blue!

- 20" 7 twin spoke bi-color wheels
- 265/35 summer performance tires
- high gloss black package
The S7 is the same with the additional "Exterior mirrors in body color"
The A6 may not have the 265/35 tires. There may have been a change or two since the build sheet was published. The AudiUSA.com site was no help. Audi makes great cars but they seem to be lacking when it comes to making details easy to find.
---------------
edit: I was looking through my 2014 A7 brochure and there is a page in the back that shows a A7 Prestige with the Black Optic package. It mentions the 7 spoke wheels and the Black Audi Singleframe grill. No mention of the window trim on that page.
If one goes to the "Featured Content" section and looks in the exterior section, "Gloss Black trim around exterior windows" is marked "available" in the Prestige model only.

I looked at my mirrors, they are body coloured on top portion only. I assume that's what the Black Optics package offers as well. I don't see how the who mirror and housing can be coloured body colour. My S-line package also has brushed aluminum accents inside. This is something I like and would like to keep - I don't care for black accents offered by the "BO package". Since my little incident with the dealer's guard dog, I have an opportunity to replace the front grill with BO grill at no charge (I think). Which would leave only the chrome window accents to be replaced to complete the BO package minus the accents inside the car.
Is there anything different about the headlight assembly in terms of colour or anything else between the regular and BO packages? I have a 2014 A6 TDI Technic with S-line, LED, Ventilated front seats, heated rear seats and 20" rims (5 star double spoke rims with 255/35/20).
Thanks in advance.

I haven't heard of any interior trim changes with the Black Optic package. You can have the window trim wrapped in vinyl instead of replacing all the pieces. You could have gloss or matte. Any tint shop should be able to handle that job if you're not able to do it your self.

When I first read "BO", I was thinking B&O sound system...

I had my window trim wrapped in gloss black vinyl. $200 IIRC.
OEM Plus sells the actual Block Optics window trim, but it is $800+ and nearly $200 shipping due to the large package size required.
Here's a pic of my vinyl wrapped trim.
