The allweather lights does not replace real adaptive headlights like adaptive HID. Furthermore it only works up to 68 mph and has a 10m shorter beam.
Also it is not part of the coming/leaving home lighting

Actually the LED Headlight should extend their range above 68 mph from 70m to 120m - called motorway light. I see no evidence.

In the U.S. we refer to the motorway lights as "high beams" and on the A6 they are only manually engaged, not automatic. Also, as previously mentioned, LED headlights already cover a wider angle than HID due to their individual bulb positions so swiveling isn't really necessary. Having the short distance cornering lights on full time at speed doesn't really add much more as they are aimed down and to the sides for slow turns.

Correct, the high beams can be activated manually or automatically (in europe).
The mentioned feature extend range from 70m to 120m above 68 mph is done by the low beams
