Anyone know how to erase entire phone memory on the MMI?

Good to read/hear others experiences. I had similar issues and had the dealer wipe the whole system when i did the mmi firmware update.

Folks, please help???

Just purchased a used 2015 Q5 and there are 4 existing directories.

I have gone through every menu with no luck. Why is this so difficult???

How do I delete them all???
