APR Tune Shift Points

Still debating this whole tune thing; I’ll pull the trigger soon.

As as far as I can tell EPL is the only one that makes a TCU tune. However, in looking at the APR dyno numbers, it’s showung making power to 7200. What I’m wondering is, does the APR tune (or GIAC, Revo, Unitronic etc) move the shift points at all?

I like Ike the ability to tune at home, but I’ve seen a couple people switch TO APR tunes from what they started with. I’ve not seen anyone have APR and wish they’d gone with someone else. If anyone has an example of that, let me know.
