My issues are that who I connect to the cars wi-fi I get a "no internet access" message on my phone but I can access Audi Connect and download weather and read the online news etc. I am not sure what is causing this but I may just go to the dealer and have it all reset just to make sure. My dealer is real helpful.

If the Google status is bright white on the screen bottom line status, and you are getting errors on "online destinations", it is time for a restart of MMI. This is probably true for any MMI malfunctions. This week after having "online destination" errors, my volume control on the console stopped working. Did reboot and it fixed both. The whole system seems to be software based.
This is no different when your smartphone starts acting up... time for reboot.

Since my post on 12/20 (when repeated MMI reboots did not help) I checked the performance of the Audi Connect the last 2 days and it seems to be back to normal. No connection error messages. Either T-Mobile or Audi Connect resolved their difficulties. Hope everyone else's connection is now functioning normally.

This definitely was not a local issue and reboots did not fix. Audi admitted there was a system issue.

Ditto, mine seems normal when I used it last 2 days, damn slow though, combination of 3G and probably whatever the back end is and then MMI horsepower. Wish they would offer a 4G upgrade.

I had the exact same problems since Thanksgiving until things improved a couple days ago. I chalked up the improvement to the umpteenth MMI reset and SIM card reboot I performed a couple days ago, but it seems from the other responses that it may have been a network issue that has been resolved.
