Off topic, I'm curious what new A6 owners are getting from Audi (I got B&O headphones and filing cases).

I've concluded that there's no rhyme or reason to who gets what, if anything, from AOA. It's all random and unrelated to previous brand loyalty. The only thing you can count on for sure is the car and a thinner wallet.

I also got the B&O headphone and carry case, but it was because of the delayed installation of the backup camera in 2011.

Been driving Audis since 1986. Only thing I have is an Audi keychain and a pen. I did get a small loyalty discount when I bought the 2013 A6, which I almost didn't get because it wasn't less than 5 years old.

You shouldn't have had any issue getting the A6 $1500 Loyalty program with an over 5 year old Audi if it was a MY2001 or later.

From the AOA website:

Returning Audi owners are eligible for the Audi owner loyalty program.

This incentive offer is extended to individuals or businesses that currently own or lease a MY01 or newer Audi model (proof of ownership required).

My son (20 months old) got a stuffed bear with an Audi jacket (in the accessories catalog) when we took delivery of my wife's Q5 from one of the sales managers. That's just because he happened to be there that day, though.

I got nothing from Audi or my salesperson.

When I bought my Infiniti I got a couple of sterling key chains and a pen.
