Jeremy, FYI, if a purchase is required, a raffle, contest, etc. is illegal.
Google: :is a raffle legal if a purchase is required".

Woah... I had no idea. I saw shops giving away cars and every $25 or more purchase got you a ticket in. Not sure what to do now? Do I cancel it? Not sure how i would be able to keep track of all the entries without them going through the site. I can track how many/what users use the promo code for shipping so that was how i was going to do it. Thanks for the heads up. Ill talk to my supervisor to see what our next step will be.

I think you just offer for people to mail their contact info to you for a free entrance into the raffle and this satisfies the 'no purchase necessary' rule. Probably no one will even bother forking out the cost of the stamp ;)

That will work so long as those that made a purchase know they have to snail mail the info in as well. Or you could just open it up for entrants that email their contact info instead of mailing it in. That should satisfy the law since those that make a purchase have already provided their info. Just be sure you keep an accurate log of entries to avoid any legal issues.
