Default !AUDI ONLINE PARTS WINTER RAFFLE!

Hello again AudiWorld!

Its Jeremy over at Audi Online Parts. Wanted to put together a raffle for the upcoming holiday season. Winner will be chosen at random and there are going to be some cool prizes! Here's how it will work:

1. Only orders over $50 will be eligible to be entered into the contest
2. Use promo code "audiworld" to be entered AND get 50% off shipping. (shipping discount is only for AudiWorld)
3. Order must be placed before 12/18/16 to be entered.
4. Each order placed over $50 will give you another entry into the raffle.
5. The winners will be chosen at random.

Heres the prizes,

1st Choice of a car cover (indoor or outdoor) for their specific model
2nd Audi bag with grille (Would make a great gift!) ACMP100
3rd Carbon fiber key chain (yes, real carbon fiber ZAW087610) and 2 Lego sets (R8 LMS, R8 ETRON)
4th Winter Package (all weather mats, snow brush, snow shovel)

May the luckiest Audi owner win!

Thank you for participating!

Jeremy, FYI, if a purchase is required, a raffle, contest, etc. is illegal.
Google: :is a raffle legal if a purchase is required".

Woah... I had no idea. I saw shops giving away cars and every $25 or more purchase got you a ticket in. Not sure what to do now? Do I cancel it? Not sure how i would be able to keep track of all the entries without them going through the site. I can track how many/what users use the promo code for shipping so that was how i was going to do it. Thanks for the heads up. Ill talk to my supervisor to see what our next step will be.

I think you just offer for people to mail their contact info to you for a free entrance into the raffle and this satisfies the 'no purchase necessary' rule. Probably no one will even bother forking out the cost of the stamp

That will work so long as those that made a purchase know they have to snail mail the info in as well. Or you could just open it up for entrants that email their contact info instead of mailing it in. That should satisfy the law since those that make a purchase have already provided their info. Just be sure you keep an accurate log of entries to avoid any legal issues.
