Default how much are EU tail lights?
Where do you buy them?

Is there a market to sell the stock LED's? to Europeans or someone that wants the red?

You can get them really cheap on eBay.

Check with the seller to be sure they're the Euro ones, but considering he's in Latvia, I think they probably are.

What's the coding in VAG-COM for functionality?? That's the stopping block that I see.

Red is illegal in EU and annual checks will not allow registration. Besides, is there a sane reason why anybody would actually want red turn signals?
