Audi UTR App password

Audi UTR App password
When I try to open my Audi UTR app I get the message "Not UTR App will stop"
The password has went back to the factory setting.
When I access the UTR in my wifi settings it wont accept the factory setting password but the one I change to hrnce giving me the message Not UTR app.
I've deleted the app (iphone 8)and reloaded from the cloud to no avail.

This is a huge Audi mess up! They produced an upgraded app last Saturday and since then it is impossible to access the camera using the app. Audi Uk know about it and have reported it to Audi Germany. However Audi don’t make the camera, it is Thinkware. There is no fix and Audi Uk have no idea when and if a fix will be available. Until then the camera is useless.

This is a huge Audi mess up! They produced an upgraded app last Saturday and since then it is impossible to access the camera using the app. Audi Uk know about it and have reported it to Audi Germany. However Audi don’t make the camera, it is Thinkware. There is no fix and Audi Uk have no idea when and if a fix will be available. Until then the camera is useless.
I only got the camera fitted this July, will contact the dealer tomorrow.
