Audi website on my MAC

Dear ALL: why wont the website audiusa.com run on my MAC? It will load but then stall when I try to build a model or research vehicles? Very consistent.
thank you

Are you on the new myAudi website? The old one was very hit or miss on my Mac. The new one works ok.

I'm on a MBP running OS X 10.9.3 with Safari 7.0.4

Maybe check to see that your Java and Flash are up-to-date? I'm not sure what technology they use for some of the website features, but wouldn't hurt to have them both updated.

Im using Firefox as my browser, does that help explain the poor performance?
thank you

Have a MacBook Air running 10.9.3 with Safari 7.0.4 and Firefox 30.0 installed; audiusa.com works fine on my MBA in both browsers. The build configurator is lightening fast in both browsers. No issues.

Check for java/flash updates as recommended. Also, have you tried resetting your browser cache or verifying and/or repairing disk permissions?

obviously Im in over my head with all these great IT wizards here.
I am just a humble country Pain doc in rural southern MI outside Ann Arbor.
Ill take any and all suggestions as to how to make these changes.
thanks in advance

Have you tried Safari?

I did and it worked much better but I hate
Safari.
