Has anyone tried to use the configurator on this site? It was always incredibly slow but now it doesn't seem to work at all. I have tried at 2 different locations and still no joy, it will be last years model by the time you get to put together a new car using this site.

No problems here. Took less than a minute to fully configure a model. It's not the site.

I can click on any model e.g. 2016 A6 and it gives me two choices: Build or Quote. If I choose quote it takes me to a page to enter my info so that my local dealership gets back to me. If I choose Build then it sends me to a white page of nothing unless I scroll down and it shows me a bunch of options, none of which allow me to build a car.
At least it's consistent.

No issues here either on Firefox 38 or Safari. What browser are you using and do you have any add-ons or extensions that could be causing the problem?

Thank you all. Chrome works.
I.E.10 does not work.
Safari on Ipad does not work.

I am surprised that Audi would allow a web site that is only accessible by about 50% of the world.

IE11 does not work for me, but Firefox does. Called Audi and they are aware of problems with their site when using IE, but offered no info on when or IF they were planning on fixing it.

Apparently Audi USA is still using flash vs HTML5 that everyone has been switching to. As usual, they are behind the software coding curve.

So at the next executive sales meeting a discussion on IE and its use around the world is just shrugged off because everybody in the room is using Chrome and they conclude that the world is wrong and those in the meeting are the only ones that matter? It's amazing that their marketing department has not been lined up.

The Audi USA website has been problematic for ages. It amazes me that they feel they can ignore this portal and leave it in a semi-functional state.
