Thanks for the update. i predict that this will somehow affect the current deal on the gen2 cars. I don't want to venture a guess as to how it will affect it but my gut tells me something will change since the courts have until Dec. to decide if VW's FIX will be approved. And since that involves the EPA/CARB, all bets are off.
