Kris, I agree with everything you wrote - these things need to be made visible. The only thing that I feel that should be left out is when individuals are unilaterally called out and vilified by name on a public forum.

True enough, but I do believe that the dealer at the least should know that their employee is damaging their reputation, and in that business, reputation is everything.

Again, I heartily agree - nothing wrong with sharing a dealer experience here, good or bad. However, I feel the most effective way to call out an specific individual is for a customer to directly contact AOA, the dealer's GM or, at the least, the service manager in this particular case. Publicly attacking someone on a web forum (that the dealer's owners might not even see) is not only one-sided (there can often be more than one version to these kinds of things), it could have potential pitfalls for the author. In any case, it certainly won't help the affected customer garner a solution.
I'll now put my thoughts on this to rest.
