Maybe the cost of sending to you would exceed the value of the speaker but without you posting a location it is tough to tell.
Location under you logon name allows you and readers to have a perspective on your questions and answers.

I'm sorry, Knoxville, TN. I would be willing to do $20 shipped if anyone is interested. It would probably ship for around $5 with USPS.
Or, I have a UPS account and can provide a label. In that case I would be willing to do $15.

Great idea as numerous posters have bought two and have a spare, good luck. I have not swapped mine but it only rattles during phone calls and I rarely answer my phone when driving.

You may get better results by starting a seperate thread using your question as the topic instead of embedding it in this thread. Good Luck!

Thank you OP!
Did they cut out the bottom of the speaker location ? I just attempted in my A7 and it doesn't fit like you mentioned. Can you please explain what kind of cut they made

Honestly don't know. They removed something from bottom of where speaker sits so it would fit.

Thanks for posting this information. I miss this thread when it first came out. My center speaker does home or buzz when playing AM radio or certain tones. I always figured it was because I played it very loud and simply blew the center speaker. Nice to know there is a potential fix that's relatively cheap. Will check that out, and thanks for posting the DIY.

I went to Crutchfield's site and Rockford Fosgate P132 speaker is actually listed as a fit for Audi Bose center channel. It is 3.5" vs 4" for the Kenwood. In comparing the specs the Sensitivity is lower at 85db which means it will be quieter than people have said of the Kenwood which is rated higher at 88db sensitivity. I have listed both specs below. Let me know what you all think. I'm planning to order one soon.

Rockford Fosgate P132

Punch Series 3-1/2" 2-way car speakers

Compared to

Kenwood KFC-1066S

Strange as the Bose center is indeed a 4” speaker, unless that 3 1/2” has a 4” mount adapter of some kind it will never fit. Anyway in your particular case you should be able to fit the 4” without problem as your car is a 2012 and I believe they changed the way the dash is formed under that speaker at a later date closing it off or changing the depth and making the aforementioned issue people see on later models.
