Does anybody know where ca I find an kit for fog lamps, and all I need to mount on a model without fog lamps ?

I have yet to see a C7 with factory fitted fog lights. For retrofits, some aftermarket kit together with the ACC side grill may work.

When referencing your lighting questions it would help if you told us which lights you presently have. I.E. Halogen, HID or LED.

European cars with Halogen headlights had fog lights in the location where the ACC sensors are (hence ACC only available with Xenon or LED lights). You could no doubt buy the units + grills from a European Audi dealer, however what the CANBus would make of it is anyones guess plus the cars with Xenon and LED already have "All Weather" light settings to replace the foglights (separate halogen bulb on the Xenon equiped cars and a specific progrma for the LED cars)
