I had the fuel pump installed today and got the NY State yearly inspection today since it was in. The tech told me that they don't perform the recall if there is over a half tank of gas. I filled the tank after the service and my MPG's were close to the indicated so I don't think I lost much fuel.

I also informed them that I did not want the emissions ECU flash and they noted it on the invoice.
