Default Heating problem

Hi,

I have first but appeared pretty complicated problem with my A6 3.0 TDI from 2012.

The driver's heating is poor and the passenger side basically does not work at all.

Two car services have tested this problem so far, but with no effect. They are pretty sure it has nothing to do with the mechanical parts, as in this case everything seems to work well.
All the the tubes from the cooling system are warm.
The computer tests also don't show any errors.

What's strange the auxiliary heating works very well and warms the car's cabin as usual but at the moment I start the engine suddenly the cold air begins to blow immediately.

Do you have any idea what can create this problem? Maybe someone has experienced a similar problem?

Regards,
Kris

Hi I had a similar problem with my 2002 VW Passat, It turn out to be a clog in the intake hose to the radiator that was inside the dash that is used to create the heat for the cabin. The hot coolant runs in there and the fan blows the hot air into the cabin. I ended up removing the the hoses and using low pressure air shot into the hoses the opposite direction and blew out some containments that had built up. Then just had to get the air out of the system and it was as good as new for heat. My son is still driving it now. I haven't looked into the A6 heating system put thats the 1st thing I thought of while reading your post.
