Lane Assist absence on 2012 Innovation Package??

Lane Assist absence on 2012 Innovation Package??
I know this discussion was in a few A7 threads and some threads titled LDW. It seems it's gone stale with minimal answers.
Some of us eager beavers picked up an A6 Prestige w. Innovation a little too early and missed out on having Lane Assist as a feature on our cars. I have a 2012 model (production 11/11) and purchased the car with the Innovation Package thinking it would have Lane Assist and the 360 degree front cameras.
I think I've figured out a solution for the 360 degree camera retrofit and has anyone had any luck retrofitting Lane Assist on your A6/A7 when it should have had it in the first place?
HELP!

It's a pricey feature to add back on. You need 2 cameras (one for each side-mirror), a front camera located in the grille, and I'm not certain you need to replace the rear trunk camera, but the kit comes with one.
Obviously need to VAG-COM the system in order to get the software to recognize it.
