The MMI software update also address the loud static noise coming from your speakers and sub. I complaint about that and they updated my software.

I was just about to take my A6 in for this exact reason. My front middle speaker has a ton of static on certain songs. I thought it was popped but it looks like others have experienced this as well.

So will it really fix it? Did it fix yours?

Got my appointment set up for the 11th. Hopefully all gets resolved and I don't hate the new steering.

Got an email indicating that they performed work for all of my issues. After driving this Allroad with awesome stiff steering, I am nervous about getting back into my newly modified loosey A6...

So they just called.

They did not do anything except the steering update!

No problem with shifting.
No problem with MMI
They cannot fix engine shutoff when door opening.

What should I do? call back with TSB numbers?
