Looking at a used 2012 A6 3.0T with 86K, any reason to be weary?

I have bought several used Audi's but only one that was not still under the new car warranty. Even bought one with 49,000 miles - took it my mechanic for an inspection and then to the dealer for $7,000 of free repairs.
86k is a lot of miles for an Audi where you cannot attest to how it was treated. I have run big Audi's to 130k, but then I bought the car new and did a decent amount of PM.
My experience has also been that Florida cars are often not well maintained. I am SURE you have gotten the detailed service records for the car and are satisfied with them.

I bought my 2012 C6 A6 almost exactly a year ago with 67k miles on it. It was a one owner can with a ton of service records done at the local dealership. Today it has 112k miles on it (I drive a lot!) and I have not had any issues with it at all. In fact she She's APR's Stage 2+ and is still super reliable. I Got back yesterday from a 1200 mile road trip in her. I do perform a lot of routine preventative maint. as well. but over all im super please with the car.
