Default Mark current location

My previous car had a touchscreen navigation system, and on the screen was a "Mark" button.

When pressed, it marked your current location, and later, you could enter that marked location as a destination.

This was very useful while traveling, for example if I drop someone off somewhere, I can "Mark" it, so that later I can find it again to pick them up.

I can't find this capability in my 2014 A6.

Is there such a feature?

Thanks......

Yes, there is. Any location, including your current one, can be saved as a "Favorite" or "Directory" location. Check your car's MMI manual - it should explain how to do it either way.
