I just spoke to the dealer and my car was delivered to him a few hours ago. I ordered it in February
Premium Plus
Phantom black/ Nougat
18" Sport Package
Side Assist
Black Headliner
Cold Weather.

The dealer is pushing me hard to take the wheel/tire protection including the wheel scuffing. I read a few posts but no one has really made a case for taking or not taking the package.

Anyway, going to see the car tonight and picking it up on Friday.

of course the dealership is pushing hard for it.... pure margin.... I personally dont buy into those things.... What did they want? was it $800 or $1400...

if you think you'll get more than $1400 worth of flat tires, go for it... I live in NYC metro area, and never get a flat ::knock on wood::

Just think back and try to count the number of non-repairable flats and damage rims in your lifetime. If you go thru more than 2 to 3 tires or rims due to damage in the last 5 years, you should probably get tire and wheel insuarnce, most people do not.

Tire & wheel insurance not worth it. Where I live lots of snow & pot holes that I went through in my 2 month old A6 no issues.
The Run flat is a different story but Audi do not use them.

I just came back from the dealership. I am not getting the wheel package. I almost didn't take the car either. The nougat interior is now almost brown. It is very different from all of the pictures. Honestly the interior looks nothing like this picture in real life. I looked at the A8W12, A7 Premium, but ended up taking up what I ordered.

I have to go back Friday because the trucker killed one of the headlights. Not only will it be Good Friday, it will be Great Friday.

Congratulations, I think? By kill do you mean damaged? That on top of having second thoughts on the interior color would make me stay away. You waited this long, might as well wait for a car you love.

The nougat looks less orange in your pic than any other I've seen. Were you expecting the orange hue? Oh and congrats btw

Congratz on the new car. I hope the interior grows on you. We had the opportunity to see the nougat interior in person a couple of times. I think it has a certain richness to it.
