MyAudi Audi Connect
 

Hi,

Has anyone tried registering with MyAudi so that you can use the online MMI services?

I'm in the UK and I have tried so many times and nothing works. Once I register Audi are supposed to send me an activation link. This fails to appear and so I'm stuck.

Any ideas?

I have registered and it works (not that it does much), although I can't remember if they sent me a link or not.

Once I did this you get the reg code to input and it all worked.

For some reason the e mail I receive does not include an activation link. I don't know why. Without the link I can't get the code. I've tried may be ten times. I have no idea why it doesn't work.

My steps were I got an from noreply@audiconnect.com with no link it just said it was active. Then I needed a code to input into the MMI. But the email had no code, I then called the number that came in the email - 877-505-2834 and they told me to register at my.audi.com and then I got the code to input into the cars MMI. From my.audi.com I was able to set up facebook, twitter, etc. and it all works now in the MMI

I'll try that but I'm in the UK and I'm not sure I can use the U.S. site
