OCD with a car is a plus!

Congrats on the new ride.

I did a little more inspection last night. While the engine bay is really clean, when I pulled the cowling cover off, I was disappointed in the amount of dirt. The car did sit outside quite a bit. I started cleaning, partly to make sure the drains were not clogged, partly due to the OCD thing. I can see what appears to be at one time a mouse nest up above the wiper motor. I just sent a note to the deal about this, along with some other minor issues. Some I probably wouldn't have brought if it wasn't for this. It may help in some after sales negotiations, like mentioned by nhdoc, above. Scratch in the grill and on the B pillar blackout trim.
The oil service notice popped up, wanting an oil change in 21 days. I am also wondering if the brake fluid was ever changed? It is supposed to be done every 2 years regardless of mileage. I would think this would apply to cars sitting on the lot too. ? I was assured all service is up to date, but the only paperwork I have seen so far just showed an inspection.

I think a free oil change and brake flush would be very resonable.
