Default Which OBD to purchase for battery coding

I purchased an 2015 Audi A6 last year. Unfortunately, my car battery is on its way out. I just found out, I am unable to just swap batteries like my other vehicles. - what is up with that?
I am not interested in paying the crazy pricing for programming the battery. I located a device called ODBeleven (Standard and Pro). There is a $30 dollar difference between the two. Has anyone used this device?

Can the OBDeleven Standard be used to code the BEM for my new battery?
Is the Pro version only beneficial for enthusiasts? I do not plan on modifying the operations of my vehicle. However, I do perform my own maintenance.
Which device should I purchase?

Thank you.

You can do battery programming (or any other coding) with obdeleven. You will need the pro version to access coding features.

Yeah, and Ross-Tech has some new purchasing options starting at $199 which permits you to work on three cars. $299 gets access to ten VINs.

Xen, it would be best to pose that question directly to Ross Tech.
