Default P200600, P200700, P001600, P034100 what to do?

Hi, got those fault readings after the engine was top overhauled because of the water coolant had sipped into the engine block and mixed will the lubricant. My car is a 2011 a6 c7 3.0 TSFI

a) p200600 - intake manifold runner control bank 1, stuck closed
b) p200700 - intake manifold runner control bank 2, stuck closed
c) p001600 - crankshaft position-camshaft position, correlation bank 1 Sensor A
d) p034100 - Camshaft Pos. Censor Circ., Range/Performance.

What is the solution for these problems.

Thank you.

Ask the guy that did the engine overhaul what is going on. If he did it then it’s his responsibility to make good. If this was a dealer then you have no problem but if it’s an independent then it sounds like he’s either incompetent or yours was his first Audi job, or both.

Thank you. Turned out that it has something to do with one of the timing chains which is not properly set. But the engine must go down again nevertheless. Another week wasted.
