Default rear seat pass through

Looking at swapping seats in my car and want to know if it’s possible to swap my pass through feature to the new seats. Photos are only examples.

Are you saying that the newer models don’t have a pass through?

I thought the pass through was standard. I have had a pass through in my A6’s since 2004.

I thought so too. When cars don’t have it then there are numerous complaints on forums. Swapping seats out to get rid of it seems very curious especially when you don’t have to use it and then the seats are the same.

I want to put the comfort massage seats in my car and I haven’t purchased any yet but as you can see from the pics, it appears it is not standard, atleast not in other markets. For clarification, we are speaking of the pass through behind the armrest and not the seats folding.

I must be missing something: comfort seats are the front seats and the pass through is the rear seats?
Seems like your challenge is justifying thousands of dollars.

I understand that. I have had the pass through on my Audi’s going back to 2004 and I still think that it is currently standard on our cars.

correct but they use a different leather so I plan on getting the whole interior so it matches.

it may be standard in the US but doesn’t appear to be elsewhere as seen in the pics
