Default Stasis Exhaust for the A6 C7 3.0T - official

I was talking with one of the representatives at Stasis about the exhaust for our cars, which he said he would try to find out some info. About an hour after talking with him he sent me this! Kinda cool. Now I just have to justify $2,195 plus installation.

What are the benefits over the stock system?

I was looking at this too, I was calling a local Audi Dealer (the only "authorized" shops) about the Touring Suspension and they said they have one of these lying around.

By the way thanks for posting the pic, I was wondering about the exhaust, so this is really helpful.

That's my car in the pics :-) It had every bit of Stasis stuff installed on it for the testing.

Louder exhaust note, some horsepower increase and since it's stainless, longer exhaust system life.

The HP gain depends on how restrictive the OEM exhaust is. The price is around what it should be for a stainless aftermarket cat back system.

On the Lexus IS-F forum, people would keep the stock exhaust and reinstall them when selling the car or at the end of the lease. A used "Joe Z" stainless exhaust would cost $1600 new and sell for around $1000-$1200. HP gains were around 20-30 HP IIRC.

Seems expensive. How much is installation? I'll also inquire about the Stasis exhaust this coming week when I take my gf's A6 in for the 5k maintenance.

Price from the "Stasis Authorized Installer" aka Audi Dealer near me:
Stasis Exhaust - $1,995.00
labor - $187.50
ca sales tax - $154.61
total - $2,337.11

Here is a link to my post in the Suspension post I started. (I'm closer to deciding which Suspension option to go with)

Thanks Manishaudi,

My dealer out in the OC (Commonwealth) is also a Stasis authorized dealer. Will be asking lots of questions regarding what's available for our car. A buddy of mine with a 2010 S5 paid around the same price for his Stasis exhaust with installation last year.

The dealer I am talking with is Audi of Oxnard

I called all area dealers who are also authorized installers, and they are the ones who seemed to be the most up to date on their Stasis info, knew exactly what I was talking about (had a guy whose job it was to know about that).

The others were a little surprised that I know that there were products available for the C7 when they didn't.
