How about now? There should be one pic on post #3, and one on #7.

I chose not to do the front rings. I like the contrast.

I like the chrome rings, and the black. But I'd be tempted to do the rings in a crimson red, to match the lights, only for the rear. But it must be a dark, dark red.
I would either remove the A6/3.0 badges, or do them in white, or a medium grey. I think white would be ideal for the lower badges. It would be the most subtle, and you could rub off (if its Plasti-Dip) before selling the car.
And I wouldn't peel away white in the middle, as it will seal out dirt better, and reveal perfect, clean white paint when removed for selling.

Plasti Dip emblem...

I gave it a try this weekend and mentioned. Looks nice. Any other simple DIY tips?

It isn't too coarse or smooth, I did read your instruction to keep it in hot water for about 15-20 minutes.
I didn't use any clear coats though. I used the plasti dip and gave 7 coatings each with 10-15 min interval. It is fairly sunny and there was some breeze which made my wait times shorter.

I saw some pics from a guy who did his in plasti-dip black, like yours, but then he used red for the T. It really looked good. Has anyone done this with a brown car? Love to see some pics if anyone has.

This video on youtube shows the guy doing a red T in for a 2.0T. I considered doing that. It does add a little flare. I wasn't sure if the "red T" was meant to designate the 2.0T turbo not 3.0T supercharged. As it is the turbo versus supercharged T is confusing without brining in the "red T". May just do it.
