$3,000 would be a stripper. A well equipped S6 is $85k. Over $90k if you want B&0. A well equipped RS5 is mid $70's. You're talking $10,000-15,000 difference.

My answer - get a barebone S6, which already has Navigation, Xenon, and Front Heated Seats. You can throw in the Carbon Fiber trim ($500) and Cold weather package for heated rear seats ($500) and the Total = $74,900. The S6 is faster than the RS5 and has the luxurious interior of the A6. It will also have the Sports Differential w/ Drive Select as standard. The Bose speakers are enough - no need to spend for Bang & Olufsen.
With Navigation and some minor options, the RS5 will be around the same price.
And frankly, I'd go order a barebone S6 - because the barebone S6 has so many standard options built in.

Hey guys I'm torn between selling my A6 and getting a Rs5. I know they are two complete different animals.
While I love my A6, I really missed having a coupe, I also want more power, the stock engine of the a6 really don't do much for me.
So my options are trade it in and get a rs5 or do some mod to it like stasis flash and exhaust
Mods will be easier on the wallet but will a modded a6 be close to a rs5?
Thoughts would be grateful
