Thanks for the info Snagit! My traffic hasn't been working since mid February 2014. I sent my radio serial number to Richie Beilenson at [email protected] yesterday afternoon, he arranged to phone me while I was in the car this morning, and he had my traffic working within a couple of minutes. A great example of fantastic customer service.

Glad he was able to solve it - It's really nice that there's a Richie to help us out but as to "great" Sirius customer service in general, I would say not. When you call the regular customer service dept. #, they appear to not a have a clue and the loss of traffic issue shouldn't have come up in the first place. And if Richie moves on to somewhere else, then what?

Yep. I'm enjoying the trial period in my new Outback, but will let that go once its over. I enjoy the radio, but after a couple years dealing with them in the A6, its just too painful.
