I can't think of anything I did different than any other day.
The truck handle clicks (the button) and nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Yup, it was. I pressed it by accident when getting something out of the glove box. Thank you.

Same thing happened to me a few days ago. I had a bigger problem because my Gas Cap has not been releasing. So there I was in the Gas Station, trying to get my cap open and then trying to open my trunk to get at the manual release, thinking I may have to lower the seats and crawl into the trunk. A rather ignoble way to re-fuel a new Audi. I finally remembered the Valet button, and sure enough I had hit it by mistake--problem solved.

Is there a VagCom setting for this? I must have deactivated it.
Mine doesn't open via the remote and it use to work.
