Audi a6 3.0T 2013 getting P2006 & P2007 fault codes

Has the super charger been removed recently, and more importantly has the two lower air intakes been removed recently? It is a simple mistake to reinstall the lower air intakes and get the intake flaps on the wrong side of the cyl head air guides which will jam the intake flaps closed and generate your two codes.
If the lower intakes have not been recently removed then the vacuum connection to both of the two lower intakes is not working. The vacuum connection is a little buried under each front face left and right side of the charger and can be seen if you look hard enough. Depending what has failed then likely the charger has to be removed to investigate further which also means a coolant drain and fill.
