The 2 most common here I believe are APR and EPL.
APR you need an APR dealer to flash to tuned and back to stock if necessary for warranty work.
EPL you buy a cable and use their flash loader to DIY your flash.
Both offer stage 1 and 2 tunes/pulley assemblies and I know EPL does a stage 2+ with an underdrive crank pulley...not sure about APR.
Gains are arguably about the same and while APR has a nice website and is a large "company", EPL is a no frills shop and both have excellent support on the forums and directly.
Playing with the Torque app and an OBD2 dongle i was able to calibrate my stock "at the wheels" number to about 250hp which correlates to 310hp at the crank. My EPL stage 1 with an intake puts out 300hp at the wheels so somewhere around a 50-60hp increase...very noticeable.
Still not sure if I will ever go stage 2 but more interested in a Tiptronic tune if one ever comes out. APR is supposedly developing one but it has been in the works for quite a while.
