The screen in the cluster is the basic black/white one i want to upgrade it with LCD like in the pic one is it possible and how is the process ? And where to find the parts needed . Thanks
You basically need to swap out only the cluster, but to do that you'll need to remove Component Protection, adjust the mileage and transfer the coding, which you'll need a specialized tech or the dealer to do.

Thank you looks like a bit of a hustle i will look for a local tech shop if someone can do it for me , another question mine has the small mmi screen if i update it will it get andorid auto or it needs to be upgraded ?
Have you successfully done the swap? Can you share some info how to do the coding. I copied & pasted old coding but it rejected
You need to have component protection removed from the new cluster. Each cluster is car specific and in addition to other component protected items the immobiliser unit also sits in the cluster. Only a few specialists other than Audi dealers will have invested in the software systems required to remove CP
