My 2014 A6 has 26,500 miles and the warranty just expired 8 weeks ago. I noticed a humming noise coming from front of the vehicle and immediately suspected wheel bearings. Checked with the dealership and they assured me that it shouldn’t be a problem getting Audi pay for the repair as it has such a low mileage. Later on, they called me and confirmed that it is indeed the wheel bearing but Audi denied the claim. The service advisor mention that never happened before and he would try to get a local Audi supplier involved and see if that would help as I am the original owner. Obviously, it has to be a factory defect. I have had Toyota Camry for 7 years and Dodge Avenger for 8 years and never had a problem with wheel bearings. Any suggestions for future steps. I can probably contact Audi USA myself or try social media.
