Will an A7 20" wheel fit on my 2013 A6?

I'm looking to upgrade from my stock 18" OEM wheels to a OEM 20" off of an A7. Found these locally. $800 with nearly new Toys tires.

Wheels are 20" x 9" - model number - 4H0601025AE

BTW - offset is 37.

Et 37 it's ok for a6 4g. Width of this rims is 9j? I have on my 2016 A6 avant, tyres dimensions 255 35 r20 and rims with Et 35 and width 9j. The combination of outside s line bumpers, original sport suspension and 20 inch rims, look's awesome.
