Yes I misspelled the exterior color and yes, both front seats have the massage function. Yes to the inlays as well. I thought when we ordered one could order the other inlay but I think not. Its a great combo for sure...

Not as good as I would expect with the electric hybrid system...

I had read somewhere that the "coasting feature" where the engine would be off while still in motion would be disabled in the USA. Also without an electric motor to drive the car like a 'real hybrid', I wouldn't expect much. It seems aside from the minimal fuel economy benefits, the real reason this 48v system is being used is to drive all the technology as a 12v only system couldn't handle it.

In the US the engine can shut off at speeds below 14 MPH, so just a very mild coasting feature compared to other countries.

Are you sure? In my test drive the A8 would only turn off its engine when it's at 0 MPH.

The engine turns off when stopped. If at a light, it senses when the car in front moves and uses the hybrid to drive forward until the engine restarts and takes over.

Sorry to disagree but in my experience the engine restarts the second the foot comes off the brake.
