2019 A6 Prestige Steering

I have been experiencing a steering issue since delivery in November. The steering pulls to the left. Additionally, the steering just seems to floats at times and I have to continually overcompensate on the steering to keep the vehicle on track. The dealer performed a realignment however the issue was not resolved and still exists. I have the same response with or without the lane departure feature active and also in all modes of the drive select feature. I have the standard 20" wheel package. I have had it back to the dealer 3 times now and they insist that there is not an issue when there clearly is. This is my 6th Audi and I have never experienced this issue in any previous models. Is anyone else having steering issues with a 2019 A6?

Sorry mine drives true. Have you taken to another dealership? If not, I would, and ask to have shop foreman go on test drive with you. Since you already tested alignment, I would also test proper wheel balance (even rotate tire when re-mounting), tire inflation, reboot/update Automatic Cruise Control (since there was a recall on many), and lastly re-calibrate all the sensors. I had to replace my windshield last month (dealership cracked it- don’t ask), and they have a special machine to recalibrate all sensors. Good luck.
