I believe these are waaaaay too high, am I wrong?

Prestige: $75,450.00 MSRP
(12,000 miles/year)
36 Months: $5000 down, $1,151.98 a month
39 Months: $5000 down, $1,110.85 a month
42 Months: $5000 down, $1,097.70 a month

Premium Plus:
$65,340.00 MSRP
(12,000 miles/year)
36 Months: $5000 down, $977 a month
39 Months: $5000 down, $945 a month
42 Months: $5000 down, $936 a month
The dealer is fooling around. He has no intention to lease. This does not make any sense. Just wait for couple of months and they will come to their senses once the initial euphoria of a new model dies down.

The numbers are pretty close. The payment estimator on AUDIUSA.COM, which assumes Tier 1 credit, shows $1061.77 for the Prestige at 12K miles and 36 months. This does not include any taxes.

I’m not sure I agree. The residual on a five series right now is 58-61% depending on miles. Money factors have gone up due to the feds raising interest rates. I think their base rate is somewhere around .00182 if I’m not mistaken. Those are obviously subsidized residuals because the sedans don’t hold anywhere near that. They also have a $2,000 lease incentive right now which I think $1,000 is loyalty.

Obviously the vehicle makes a difference even at BMW

I'm really in the market for an A7 ideally, or an A6. Do you think wiatiny will decrease prices significantly? Not sure I want to wait 6 months..but 1 or so is manageable...considering I've fallen in love with the A6/A7. Is it really just the euphoria of a new model?

I was in the market for the new A6 and A7 too. I also considered the Q8. When I sat down with the dealer to discuss pricing, they did not want anything lower then MSRP. I just walked away and test drove the new 2019 X5, fell in love and ordered it straight away with 6% OFF and additional 2K for financing.

There's plenty of places that will take less than MSRP.

Just having a little fun on a Friday. LOL. I'm probably going to be going the same route as you. Talk to the BMW client advisor today and my wife and I will be going down next week for a test drive and check out the different leathers and trims. Good luck with yours.

Just purchased a 2019 A6 Friday at 6% off MSRP. I did find dealers in my area were reluctant to negotiate but then I was contacted by my dealer on Friday (11/30) and it seems they were motivated to make a few more sales by the end of the month so if offered the discount.
