Thank you for your update. We live in northern MN and this is a feature my wife insists upon so I am going to check with Viper to see if they have anything available. If they do not we will start to look at other brands (unfortunately).

Hi i have the A6 C8 2019, i went through the same issues with UK audi. the hardware is there juts the app is not letting us yet. looking to enable other features so PM me if you have any idea. i want the £green Menu" like i used to have in my A4 but not worked that out yet.

Comng out of lease with a 2016 750 in July.
Bouncing between A6 and E450/53
Before my test drives, my research shows:
Audi A6
-No remote start.
-No Air suspension? =Rougher ride?
-No All wheel steering.
+Had A6, very reliable. NO acceleration hesitation.
+😎 Active matrix headlights
+-Touch screen
-Touch screen: Fingerprints!
-All new model = less reliable?
Mercedes E450
+Dealer closer
-Infotainment overly complicated?
+Air suspension
+Not new model = more reliable?
+😎 cool windshield washers.
+😎 dual visors
+😎 trunk storage box.
?+E53 -ride quality?
+Remote Start via Mercedes Me

Btw, not sure if you made up your mind yet, but the Prestige trim has the available Adaptive Chassis Pkg with Active Damping Suspension and Dynamic All Wheel Steering that you’re looking for. Finger Prints not even noticeable when car is turned on really. But No Remote start. And NO full functioning Active Matrix Headlights in US markets.

It is listed there and in their online brochure but it is not available as an option in the US. I wish it was. Here is the 2019 Audi Order Guide.

But it does make me wonder now with all the big ticket items missing (Full Matrix, Adaptive Suspension, Dynamic Steering), if it’s even worth it to get the Prestige model vs Premium Plus with added Available options (DAP, Warm/Cold Pkg, Convenience Pkg). Not that much different.

When comparing features of cars in a world market don’t the posters think that posting your location is important? Most of the high end features that make an Audi a cut above a Volkswagen are not available in the USA. People in the EU are lucky to have the fully developed car available to them, for us in the USA, it’s just a tease.

Anyone have an update on preconditioning or remote start? With MB and BMW both offering these, in addition to heated armrests, Audi is really dropping the ball here.

I've owned Audis for years, and I can't remember a single time when Audi said "hey, bring your car in, we're adding a new feature to it!".
I have, of course, seen them say "hey, look what's new on the 20XX models!".
