How to treat/condition wood trim?

Hello,

I have not been able to find how to clean/treat the wood trim in my A6. I has the Achat Gray Fine Grain Birch Wood inlays, I think. They look dry as if it needed some wood treatment, even though its brand new.

thanks,

hank

Does it look different to the one you chose when purchasing?

That’s normal. It’s a exposed open pore grained wood that not lacquer for that more natural look. It’s not suppose to be glossy or look treated. If in doubt, go to dealer and compare with others.
