Default 2.8 Manual swap?

I wonder how much work this would take? A Wisconsin junkyard has a 2000 2.8 MT. They have the trans for 1200$<ul><li><a href="http://www.diamondautoparts.com/asp/parts/details.asp?ID=7304530">http://www.diamondautoparts.com/asp/parts/details.asp?ID=7304530</a></li></ul>

Who knows. I'm assuming a lot of the 2.7 parts are compatible though.

Default a lot of time and money...

from the ECU and wire harness changes, to the pedal ASSEMBLIES, to the drive shafts. It is not a plug and play.

We had an allroader change his tip to a manual and it took a very knowlegable shop months and many surprises to do the job.

Default lol : )

Depending on where you acquire the parts from, I'd say you could prolly do it for less than $3,000 (if you DIY.)
