Hi,
I found a vacuum leak coming from a, what looks to be a diaphragm, and am wondering if anyone has a name for it so that I can get the part.

George is correct. It's a check valve that works with the N249 to prevent boost from feeding a vacuum tank. It also allows vacuum from said tank to open the diverter valves faster via N249 when you let off the accelerator before vacuum has built up in the intake.
The ECS part has an extra nipple that you cap off.
